TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Updated 1 Sep 2025)
Welcome to Trevi. By visiting, booking or ordering with us you agree to the terms below. They’re straightforward so everyone enjoys their time with us.
1) Who we are
Trevi (Trevi Ristorante – Cafe & Pizzeria)
9 Lochleven Road, Glasgow G42 9JU
Tel: 0141 649 3802 • Email: treviitalian@gmail.com
Licensed and regulated under Scottish law.
2) Age & ID
We sell alcohol only to guests 18+.
We operate Challenge 25 — if you look under 25, we’ll ask for valid photo ID.
Under-18s are welcome when dining with a responsible adult (subject to licensing conditions).
3) Table bookings
Standard bookings are 90 minutes.
We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes after the booked time.
Groups of 7+ may require a small deposit or card guarantee (refundable if you cancel with 24 hours’ notice).
On Hampden event days, sittings may be timed and availability limited — please arrive on time.
If you can’t make it, let us know ASAP so we can offer the table to others.
4) Food, allergies & dietary needs
Please tell us about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.
Full allergen information is available on request.
Our kitchen handles all major allergens; while we take care, we can’t guarantee zero cross-contact.
5) Prices & payment
All prices include VAT.
We accept cash, major cards and mobile pay.
An optional 10% service charge may be added to parties of six or more — 100% goes to the team.
Gift vouchers (if offered) are redeemable against food & drink, not exchangeable for cash, and valid until the expiry shown.
6) Responsible behaviour
We may refuse service or entry to anyone who is intoxicated, abusive or unable to present valid ID when required.
Please respect fellow guests, our staff and our neighbours.
7) Events, set menus & promotions
Special events, set menus or promotions may have specific terms (e.g., deposits, minimum spend, pre-orders).
Promotions usually can’t be combined and may change without notice.
8) Website, reservations & privacy
Menu items, prices and opening hours may change.
Online bookings are provided via trusted partners; service emails and reminders may be sent.
We look after your data in line with UK GDPR. For details, see our Privacy Policy or ask a manager.
9) Liability
We’re responsible for our own negligence, but we’re not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
If something isn’t right, please speak to us on the day so we can help.
10) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on our website.
